Halo-therapy/Dry Salt Therapy

What is Halo-Therapy?

Halo is the Greek word for “salt.”  Halo-therapy has been around since the 1800’s, with its origins in salt caves in Poland.
Halo-therapy or Dry Salt Therapy can take place in a cave (speleotherapy), in a salt room or in a salt booth. It’s an all natural therapy aid for lung issues, such as asthma, bronchitis, and other respiratory ailments, allergies, and various skin conditions.
Simply put, it’s optimal and natural skin and lung therapy.
It also improves mental health by providing an environment to facilitate mindfulness, relaxation and a sense of overall well-being.

Halo-therapy  involves breathing in micron particles of pharmaceutical grade salt from a halo-generator.
It is a non-medical, alternative wellness modality. The pure environment is balanced with 40 to 50 percent humidity and 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit. The healing salt in the air enters your lungs and body, doing amazing things to your skin, lungs and every cell of your body.
Each Halotherapy Booth session can be 10, 20 or 30 minutes and takes place in a booth of  complete privacy.
Bundles with Salt and Massage Therapy are available. Refer to the ‘Services & Packages’ page for description and pricing.

For centuries, people have trusted the benefits of salt therapy to relieve respiratory illnesses, improve skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis and acne) and strengthen their immune system. Today, people of all ages can, and do benefit from the natural healing properties found in Halo-therapy.
